SUSTAINABILITY POLICY At Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Ordu, we carry out all operations in line with environmental, social, economic, and cultural sustainability principles. Our goal is to embed sustainability into our corporate identity and create lasting awareness among employees, guests, and all stakeholders. 1. Sustainable Management We allocate qualified human resources, appropriate technology, and financial planning to reach our sustainability objectives efficiently. We review our performance regularly and implement continuous improvements. We maintain full compliance with national regulations and international standards while strengthening our sustainability management system. We keep communication with our guests active and shape our service processes according to customer-oriented feedback. 2.
